Advertiser relationships
This company and site takes its reputation and credibility very seriously and any endorsed products are products we believe in. These products and other websites advertised are not owned or controlled by NewEra Running and it is therefore advised that you read any terms or services and privacy policies of other companies found through our site. This company may receive payments to advertise some products on their website.
Payment Policy
This website offers pre-approved members (by site / company owner) to pay for coaching services via GoCardless, accessed by links sent via email.
Payments will be processed and delivered to the company owner and members will receive confirmation emails after the payment has been processed.
Received content from the company is non-refundable. Any over-payments will be refunded immediately to the members’ PayPal account. Any over-payment claims, discounted prices or promotions must be agreed and confirmed via email by the site owner before payment.
Termination clause
NewEra Running reserves the right to terminate your account, without cause or notice, which may results in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Terms remain valid after termination.
If a client wishes to terminate their membership, NewEra Running requires a 7-day notice period.
Notification of changes
The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions when it sees fit and your continued use of this site will signify your acceptance to any changes to these terms. Any changes to the privacy policy will be announced on key pages of the site prior to the changes being made, and any changes to customers’ personally identifiable information will be announced to customers affected via email. You are therefore advised to re-read these terms on a regular basis.
