At NewEra Running we understand the importance of individuality.  No two runners are the same and therefore no training plan should be the same as someone else's.  We structure each and every plan for each and every member using evidence-based training methods.  Specificity is the most important aspect of a training plan and we take the time to structure your plan around your current level of fitness, your lifestyle and commitments,  the goals you want to achieve, and your strengths and weaknesses.  We will guide, support and encourage you through your journey and make sure we leave no stone unturned to help you achieve your goals.
