Beginners Plan

Welcome to the NewEra Running beginner's training plan. This basic training plan is designed for someone  who is currently not running, but would like to start their running journey. If you are currently running, or are looking to race, this plan is not for you; please get in touch with Team NewEra, and we will discuss what we can do for you.

Have you ever wanted to get into running, but haven't had the confidence to do so? Have you ever been unsure of how to get into running? Have you ever tried to run, but lacked guidance and felt like you were 'winging it'? Look no further than Team NewEra!!

After speaking to some of our current clients, many admitted that they only signed up when they were confident enough in their running ability. For us, we would like to support people get to that stage. We want to help the people who want guidance, but don't know where to get it. We want to help the people who are unsure if a running coach is for them. We want to help the people who are not confident in their running ability and wonder if they should get in contact.

Running is for EVERYONE. No matter of age or ability, NewEra Running is all about sharing the physical, mental and social benefits that running can offer anybody.  You don't have to be a certain level, just trust and enjoy. All you need is a good pair of shoes! Discover your potential.

What's included in this plan? You will receive a 10-week training programme to help you get running. On day 1 you will be jogging for blocks of 60 seconds, and by day 70 you will be running for 50 minutes without stopping. Give it a try and take the leap towards a healthier and happier you!
